Cyprus Fashion Days 3 Years Celebration Shows, moiostrov.com brings you this explicit report on one of Cyprus’s biggest fashion fantasy exclusive events which took place last week at the Galu Seaside Bar Restaurant, showcasing the hottest favorites on the scene’ fashion talents and breathtaking picks of elite designer collections cracking this year’s holiday season’s dress code, by far; this was one of the most fabulous shows on our fashion calendar as you’ve never seen them before, Moi Ostrov team reports:
The shows started of with a futuristic in the dark display of female and male models cruising the catwalk in body paint that covered their slim figures in mystical shapes and colours followed by a display of fun packed kids wear and various winter 14.15 clothing range and labels by up market boutiques:

This is when the adrenaline finally kicked in when we were all on our toes to enjoy the Island’s newest talents in Fashion and Design by students of the Alexander College, praised for their creativity the students had the chance to present their work first hand, here’s a glimpse of some of the runners up taking their first fashion footsteps in the industry:
ANDRI TIMOTHEOU – Alexander College student presentation
A cleverly spiral layered black mass ruffled black open back dress, as the model took her stance on the runway so did the dress almost like a three dimensional movement in action, perfect party wear. A well adapted piece for al types of shapes and sizes.
CHRISTINA XENOPHONTOS – Alexander College student presentation
As soon as Christina Xenophontos’ s model walked in we weren’t prepared of where to look with such perfection, in such surprise we were presented with an avant-garde’ black gown with a beautifully cut down neckline and high shoulder rests, so much precision was put into this piece, with two sides to it when comparing the front and back instantly transforming into a scandalous and rogue creature in disguise.
PANAGIOTA PAVLA – Alexander College student presentation
Stunned by this immaculately violet velvet red plunging neckline dress with gold embroidery appliques on each shoulder carrying their way down the back, so demure the word grace gets a new type of length proving you can still pull off an above the knee dress for a night packed full of lots of charm and glam, no doubt there are many including us; waiting to get their hands on such an impressive dress like this.
After an inspiring display of the students works in fashion and design, the elite team of individual fashion designers took their queue in check. Most of what we see today is fashion’s affair with imagination, with cleverly created designs highlighting their creators unique signature styles which were reformed into authentic winter wonderland and spellbinding pieces, here’s a taste of what was showcased for the next part of the shows:
DEMOSTHENIS MICHAEL
Fashion Designer Demosthenis Michael took advantage of the fact that this was a celebration and went out of his way to make the most of it starting of with a sports luxe style and then turning day into night with an extreme headpiece that matched the enigmatic dusky toned one shoulder dress demonstrating an audacious statement in action.
BLUE LOTUS CRAFTS
Green has been compelled to deliver a new fashion vibe on the block this season and label Blue Lotus crafts entwined this onto an elegant cocktail hour evening dress, and for a change of moods there was an Edwardian like take to things with soft nude puffy shoulder sleeved top coordinated with floor length chocolate brown skirt that had a modern rural aesthetic to it.
CREATIONS BY MLP
Creations By MLP kept things warmer with Midi length maxi velvet dress and a sophisticated black waist hugging dress thanks to the wrap belt and zip up feature giving you the option to maximize the thigh slit for a more provocative ‘stand out’ look.
DEPE
Fashion label DEPE sported an urban fashion chic worthy outfit with an superb collarless jacket, crop top and high waist leather leggings, this will definitely give you second glances on the club scene, you know you can pull off any dance move in these milestone of outfits whilst on the dance floor.
