There are quite old statistics for Russians living in Cyprus. The latest figures suggest 45,000 however the Russian arrivals in Cyprus have increased by over 300% since the statistics was published.
Russians Tourist arrivals are currently at about 400,000 per year and for 2013 it looks like the number will pass 500,000 arrivals.
August 2012 saw 79,291 tourists from Russia arriving in Cyprus, up 55 percent compared with the same month in 2011.
Annual tourism revenue in Cyprus rose to its highest level for three years in 2011, reaching 1.75 billion euros despite the financial crisis.
Russian Tourist arrivals have been increasing by over 50% per year over the past four years.

Cyprus’ revenue from tourism rose 3.1 percent in the first quarter, after more Russian tourists visited the island and increased their spending, the country’s statistics service said.
Revenue increased to 133.1 million euros ($195.3 million), from 129.2 million euros in the same period of 2010, the statistics service said on its web site Wednesday.
The number of Russian visitors over the quarter climbed about 48 percent, and they spent an average per person of 2,906 euros, up from 2,835.60 euros. Spending per visitor from Britain, Cyprus’s biggest source of visitors, rose 7.9 percent to 1,912.70 euros. The number of British tourists fell more than 16 percent.
