Despite of the recent upsetting financial events taking place in Cyprus, the economy of the island is slowly but steadily picking up while major projects are rapidly developing. The great example of this market improvement is completion of serious of exclusive villas in €350 million worth project Limassol Marina.
There has been a lot of discussions and contract signing regarding the luxury properties of the project with 75% waterfront completed at the moment. Most interested buyers were coming from Europe, Middle East and Russia.
Limassol Marina consists of 162 luxury apartments, 74 villas and 650 berths. Besides the residences the project also anticipates shopping and dining areas as well as facilities for yachts of various sizes, including super yachts.

Around a 100 sea view apartments were delivered this winter with 50% already sold at the moment. Next year gorgeous villas with private berth access are expected for delivery as well. Two of the special villas with private berths for superyachts and exquisite swimming polls and gardens, have already been sold.
