On the 28th of November Moi Ostrov Magazine and Capital Russian Radio were greeting guests at highly anticipated Limassol 2025 event hosted at the city’s brand new landmark – Passengers Terminal in the New Port. Architectural elegance of the venue, high profile attendees, immaculate organization and top notch entertainment rapidly gained this occasion the status of the best event of 2018 with an outstanding feedback and a widespread coverage.
The event was dedicated to the 100th issue celebration of Moi Ostrov – the longest published and the most read Russian magazine in Cyprus, as well as the relaunch of the Capital Russian Radio – the international franchise station with over 20 million listeners worldwide.
Limassol 2025 was intended as a brilliant blend of a real estate industry networking with a glamorous fashion evening attracting the jet set of russian and cypriot elite. Limassol 2025 presentation showcased long-awaited future developments coming to the city, while fabulous fashion show amazed the audience with metallic mirror catwalk and 360 cameras capturing each look.
Over 700 Vip guests attended the invitation only event with the guests of the finest island’s hotels joining the exclusive participation list till the last minute.
The Terminal’s massive outside parking was crowded with luxury vehicles while the finest Audi cars were proudly presented at the entrance leading the guests to the venue through the black carpet and the press wall with photographers.
All the ladies arriving to the party were greeted with white roses from Speaking Roses boutique and exclusive Babor Grand Cru beauty ampoules.
The event venue impressed visitors and social media followers with its elegant exterior look and impressive internal space featuring vast spanning arches, metal framed ceiling and blue/magenta mixed lighting.
The bar menu boasted exclusive drinks offered by French Depot and soft drinks by All Organic which were complimented by the finest catering prepared by Lighthouse Surf & Turf. Great musical performance was conducted by wonderful Tatiana Stupak School of Music.
The seafront panorama of the city was displayed on a huge 10×2 meter screen built for the evening and was accompanied by the speeches of Mr. Nikos Sykas, Vice-Mayor of Limassol, Mr. Andrey Panukhov, Counselor of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Cyprus, Mr. Michalis Hadjipanayiotou, CEO of Cybarco, Mr. Pantelis Leptos, Deputy President of Leptos Group and Chairman of the Cyprus land and developers board and Mr. Nick Rotsides on behalf of First Class Homes who was the General Sponsor of the event.
The host of the evening Mr. Pavel Druzin then passed the microphone to the Mr. Alexander Papacosta (Moi Ostrov) and Mr. Petr Iordosopol (Russian Radio) who concluded the speeches with the words of appreciation to the partners and clients as well as high hopes for Limassol’s brightest future.
The Organizers made a promise to keep the future look of Limassol updated on the website www.limassol2025.com developed by NMore group with all the existing and future developments having their own Naviaddress for the easy access to all the information about the project. The website will be launched next week after some minor upgrades.
THe official part was followed by the variety of amazing fashion shows featuring island’s best models demonstrating the latest collections of the most praised Cyprus fashion companies. MAC crew was responsible for models’ makeup while Kevin Murphy Cyprus Team took care of the hair style. The shows were coordinated by Moi Ostorv Stylist Loizos Sofokleous and were presented by the leading Cyprus designers and boutiques Natar Georgiou, Lenia Haute Couture, Ramona Filip, Falconeri, Timinis, Kouross and KUL-T. Apart from the amazing fashion pieces, all high street style lovers could enjoy the display of astonishing sunglasses by Linda Farrow, Dita, Zilli, Tom Ford, Thom Browne, Impressio and 30 more famous brands from Classy and Fabulous Boutique. EPL Yakutian Diamonds showcased their own exquisite jewellery collections and held a lottery with a special prize won by one of the guests.
Comfortable sofas and the lounge zone were arranged by Living Plus (by Ergo Home Group) and Coco Mat bedding store. The business networking zones were arranged by First Class Homes, Del Mar, Limassol Marina and Trilogy.
