The Leptos Group received first prize in the category “Best Land Development / Construction” at the 13th annual IN Business Awards ceremony, which took place at the Hilton Park Hotel in Nicosia on Wednesday 30 June. The glittering event, which was attended by the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr. Nicos Anastasiades, ministers and prominent personalities, is considered the most prestigious awards ceremony in Cyprus. The IN-Business Awards recognise excellence in companies and entrepreneurs across a broad spectrum of local businesses and practices.
Receiving the award for the Leptos Group was George and Pantelis Leptos, Co-Presidents of the Leptos Group of companies. “This award reflects the timeless commitment to quality, and the effort of continuous development,” said George Leptos. “It gives us additional strength to continue the legacy of the Group, established by our late father, Michael Leptos, since 1960; a journey of development and extroversion that promotes the modern image of Cyprus across 70 countries.”
In his acceptance speech, Pantelis Leptos paid tribute to the employees of the Leptos Group. “This award is attributed to the 1,200 employees within the Group. The same people who, on a daily basis, give their utmost best to meet the challenges within our sector, and the requirements of our customers. Every employee has their name engraved on this award.”
