Power Beach is the first beach gym in Cyprus and a place where fitness turns into fun for all the people, no matter if you are a kid or a grown-up!
Here everyone can exercise outdoors using free weights and bars outside enjoying being on the sea, as the aim of the project is to build a happy, healthy and strong nation step by step all together!
This Sunday they will be engaging all eager women between the ages from 15 upto 55 in the first Limassol women fitness competition, getting 50 Kids resistance bands, exercise sticks, skipping ropes, water bottles, gym bags, snack bars and juices !
Woman’s Event will go as follows:
- Most Resistance Band Pull Ups complete in one minute max
- Most Push Ups complete in 1 minute max
- Most Squats with 12-15kgs complete in 1 minute max
- Hanging onto bar longest time recorded (two girls each at a time will compete, then the next two ladies)
They have already raised €336 out of €1297 for the project of “50 Kids 50 Bands” and are not planing to stop as the goal is €961! Let’s come and help the project to reach its target !
All participants will have snacks and juices available, with donations going towards the fundraiser.
